• All orders placed before 3:00 pm, will be delivered next day for all metro areas. For orders outside of metro areas, they will be delivered a day after.
• Special or rush orders will be delivered according to the client necessity.
• Merchandise could be delivered on receiving area or by desk. By desk only with an authorized agreement.
• Merchandise packages will have the information of order authorization and content.
• Our delivery personnel will be identified by PROS uniform and will help in disclossing the content.
